To download the NimStim Set of Facial Expressions, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
A) Name of the research institution (e.g., university or college) where the laboratory resides. Please also include the (1) name (2) mailing address (3) website and (4) phone number of the specific laboratory where the research will be conducted. Note: the website link that you provide should demonstrate the Principal Investigator's affiliation with the institution (i.e., the Principal Investigator's name should appear in the content directly from the link provided.) If this is not possible, provide alternative means to demonstrate formal affiliation with the institution.
B) All of the names and emails of the Principal Investigators (NOTE: the Principal Investigator is the laboratory head who takes ultimate responsibility for the proper usage of the images. In other words, this person should not be a trainee or research assistant).
C) A brief description of the research study and how the images will be used (include this in the email body - no attachments or links please).
D) Confirm that the data will be collected in a laboratory (not online, in a classroom, or other public medium). This also means that the images cannot be administered on online platforms (even if administered in the laboratory).
NOTE: Requests could take up to 3 weeks to be completed. Any failure to provide the above information can lead to further delays.
